# Providers

> Which WhatsApp providers ApifyCloud supports and how to choose

A WhatsApp app in ApifyCloud is connected to one provider. The
following providers are supported today:

* **Gupshup**
* **360dialog**
* **Twilio**
* **Vonage**
* **Meta Cloud API**
* **Genesys Cloud** (as BSP)

<Info>
  For the full, always-up-to-date compatibility matrix across every
  provider and feature, see

## One app, one provider

An app is bound to exactly one provider at creation time. You choose
the provider in the Create App wizard and fill in its credential
fields.

Switching providers later means creating a new app for the new
provider and migrating contacts across. Templates follow your WABA, so
if both providers use the same WABA they share the template library.

## Credential fields

Each provider has its own set of credentials, which appear in the
Create App wizard after you pick the provider. You'll find the values
in your provider's dashboard — API keys, app IDs, auth tokens,
business numbers, etc.

For each of **Gupshup**, **360dialog**, **Twilio**, **Vonage**,
**Meta Cloud API**, and **Genesys Cloud**, the wizard shows the
fields to fill, and the provider's own documentation explains where
to obtain them.
