One app, one provider
An app is bound to exactly one provider at creation time. You choose the provider in the Create App wizard and fill in its credential fields. Switching providers later means creating a new app for the new provider and migrating contacts across. Templates follow your WABA, so if both providers use the same WABA they share the template library.Credential fields
Each provider has its own set of credentials, which appear in the Create App wizard after you pick the provider. You’ll find the values in your provider’s dashboard — API keys, app IDs, auth tokens, business numbers, etc. For each of Gupshup, 360dialog, Twilio, Vonage, Meta Cloud API, and Genesys Cloud, the wizard shows the fields to fill, and the provider’s own documentation explains where to obtain them. What’s next
